SAP Program Lead

Job Title: SAP Modernization Program Lead – Productivity & Efficiency Location: Sunnyvale/CA Type: FTE/ FTC Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SAP Landscape Modernization PMO Lead to drive initiatives that enhance resource productivity, operational efficiency, and executive reporting within our SAP Landscape Modernization (SLM) program. The ideal candidate will manage data and reporting while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership—translating insights into strategic decisions. This role requires a unique blend of leadership presence, analytical acumen, and technical fluency in tools like SAP HANA and AI-driven platforms. The successful candidate will thrive at the intersection of program management, data analytics, and executive communication, enabling IST leadership to make informed decisions with confidence Key Responsibilities • Drive resource productivity and efficiency across SAP Landscape Modernization initiatives. • Collect, analyze, and curate data into executive-ready reports and presentations. • Partner with IST leadership, providing insights with strong communication and executive presence. • Utilize internal AI platforms to curate automated AI-based execution processes. • Apply Agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals Qualifications Must-Have Skills: • 5–10 years of experience in Program/Project Management, driving efficiency and delivering executive insights. • Hands-on expertise with SAP HANA for reporting, analytics, and data management. • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership. • Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (Excel, Keynote, dashboards). • Experience in Agile project management methodologies. • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in business execution. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Broader exposure to SAP systems beyond HANA. • Experience with JIRA or other Agile lifecycle management tools.
