Job Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst (Financial Workstreams) Location: San Antonio, TX (100% Onsite) Duration: Long-Term Contract Local : Candidates must be loacl to San Antonio, TX(within 50 miles) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours Type: W2 Only Job Descriptio nWe are seeking experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Business Analysts to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA and Ariba implementation initiative. This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP financial processes, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment .The selected candidates will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across key financial workstreams. Each Business Analyst will serve as the primary lead for one workstream while providing secondary support for another . Key Responsibiliti • esGather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirement • s.Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical team • s.Map current-state and future-state business processes within SAP S/4HAN • A.Support SAP S/4HANA and Ariba implementation activities across financial workstream • s.Coordinate and execute testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect managemen • t.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP best practice • s.Collaborate with integration, development, and functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignmen • t.Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencie • s.Prepare executive-level status reports and communicate updates to leadershi • p.Assist with data validation, conversion activities, and process documentatio • n.Support change management, training, and user adoption effort s.
