Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Analyst
Remote
6-12+Months
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Reporting suite and Employee Central.
• Manage configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of SuccessFactors Reporting, including issue resolution.
• Lead reporting configuration and build work in alignment with HR system roadmap.
• Propose and implement ongoing process improvements within HR systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with other system administrators to share best practices and develop system knowledge.
• Manage project milestones, deliverables, and ensure compliance with project scope.
• Drive data integrity and develop audit, research, and resolution processes for HR data.
• Partner with Recruiting and Talent Management to enhance metrics, dashboards, and reporting strategy.
• Analyze issues, determine root causes, and problem-solve in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting tools.
• Proven experience in HR data analysis, workforce reporting, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel functions.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce trends, and compliance standards.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in HRIS support within a global manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years SuccessFactors administration experience.
• Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals).
• Knowledge of Position Management on a global scale.
• Experience with Recruiting & Talent Management analytics.
