SAP/HR Business Project Lead

Position Title: SAP/HR Business Project Lead Work Location: Columbia, SC Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a resident of the Eastern time zone AND willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense. Position Overview We are looking for a SAP/HR Business Project Lead. Key Responsibilities • Help improve and manage the HR and Finance computer systems • Work mainly with SAP • Act as a bridge between business teams (HR/Finance) and IT • Make sure systems are working correctly and efficiently • Help with system upgrades and improvements • Create reports and dashboards • Train staff on how to use the systems • Make sure everything follows security and government rules Required Qualifications • 5+ Years of Experience with analyzing, documenting, and improving business and system processes using various tools and methodologies. • 5+ Years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS systems. • 3+ Years of Experience with HR/Payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks. • 5+ Years of Experience with creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation. • 3+ Years of Experience with reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization in SAP or Power BI • 5+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Required Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or 10 years’ equivalent work experience.
