SAS DataFlux Developer / Lead
Location:-Remote
Role Overview
We are seeking a SAS DataFlux Developer/Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade data quality, data integration, and data governance solutions using SAS DataFlux & SAS DI platforms. The role will support large-scale data programs across healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement data quality frameworks using SAS DataFlux Data Management Studio / DataFlux Web Studio
• Develop and maintain:
• Data profiling
• Data cleansing & standardization rules
• Match/merge, deduplication logic
• Data enrichment workflows
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines using SAS Data Integration Studio (SAS DI)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data quality rules, scorecards, and governance standards
• Implement data reconciliation, validation, and audit controls
• Develop DQ dashboards, reports, and scorecards for business visibility
• Integrate DataFlux with:
• RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata)
• External systems and data feeds
• Support data governance initiatives including metadata management and lineage tracking
• Perform performance tuning, job scheduling, and production support
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and root cause analysis (RCA)
Required Skills
• Strong experience in:
• SAS DataFlux (DMS / Web Studio)
• SAS Data Integration Studio (SAS DI)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and matching
• Data quality rule design and implementation
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server / Oracle / Teradata)
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of data governance and metadata management
• Familiarity with data quality dashboards & reporting frameworks
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience in Healthcare domains
• Exposure to:
• MDM (Master Data Management)
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Python / scripting for automation
• Knowledge of data lineage tools and governance frameworks
Experience
• 5–12+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Quality
• Minimum 2–5 years hands-on with SAS DataFlux
