SC Cleared Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other requirement-gathering activities. • Produce high-quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications. • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. • Support UAT planning and execution. • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to business analysis activities. • Ensure alignment with programme goals and compliance with security and governance standards. Essential Skills & Experience: • Active SC Clearance (must be currently valid and transferable). • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working on government, defence, or regulated sector projects. • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation. • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite. Desirable: • Experience with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards. • Exposure to data-driven projects or digital transformation programmes. • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles. • BCS or IIBA certification.
