• Define and establish baseline SDLC metrics that measure process adoption, control coverage, evidence completeness, and execution quality.
• Contribute to the design of SDLC dashboards, incorporating SDLC health and governance views and coordinating with security/AppSec stakeholders to ensure audit-ready reporting.

• Strong background in software delivery, IT governance, or PMO/SDLC process management, with familiarity across UAT, release management, requirements management, and risk assessment.
• Experience building and managing documentation and knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint) with structured taxonomies, ownership, and version control.
• Technical knowledge of AzureDevOps and ServiceNow
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and training with cross-functional stakeholders (technology, security, compliance, business) and drive process adoption and change.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining process and governance metrics and contributing to dashboards or management reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate governance and compliance requirements into practical, usable process guidance for delivery teams.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in an environment with multiple stakeholders, evolving standards, and time-boxed delivery expectations.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance) with exposure to SOX, security, and data protection controls.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable SDLC tooling and CI/CD environments.
• Prior involvement in SDLC transformations, process improvement initiatives, or Deliver/Run governance programs.
• Experience collaborating with Application Security / DevSecOps teams on integrating security and compliance requirements into SDLC processes.
