Overview: Join a cutting-edge Sensor Fusion team supporting advanced radar mode development and algorithm design for aircraft-based systems. This role focuses on creating and integrating real-time embedded software for sensor fusion and radar systems in a mission-critical, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement new radar modes to support fusion capabilities. • Develop, analyze, and verify real-time embedded software. • Create and integrate sensor fusion algorithms, including Kalman filters. • Define and document software requirements, design, and test plans. • Participate in code reviews, system integration, and flight testing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development setting. Required Qualifications: • Active Secret Clearance (DoD). • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. • 10+ years of embedded C/C++ software development. • 10+ years of algorithm development (MATLAB preferred). • 5+ years of sensor fusion (e.g., Kalman filtering). • 5+ years of radar development/integration experience. • Proficient with Visual Studio and RTOS on Windows/Linux platforms. • Full SDLC experience: architecture, design, testing, and integration. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA). • Background in radar signal processing and tracking algorithms. • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Agile methodology experience.
