Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and implement new radar modes to support fusion capabilities.
β’ Develop, analyze, and verify real-time embedded software.
β’ Create and integrate sensor fusion algorithms, including Kalman filters.
β’ Define and document software requirements, design, and test plans.
β’ Participate in code reviews, system integration, and flight testing.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development setting.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Active Secret Clearance (DoD).
β’ B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
β’ 10+ years of embedded C/C++ software development.
β’ 10+ years of algorithm development (MATLAB preferred).
β’ 5+ years of sensor fusion (e.g., Kalman filtering).
β’ 5+ years of radar development/integration experience.
β’ Proficient with Visual Studio and RTOS on Windows/Linux platforms.
β’ Full SDLC experience: architecture, design, testing, and integration.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA).
β’ Background in radar signal processing and tracking algorithms.
β’ Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Agile methodology experience.
