The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, optimizing data models, and ensuring data quality for analytics and reporting. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT • Build and optimize data models in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting • Implement ETL workflows for transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets • Optimize performance of queries and transformation workflows • Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and third-party tools • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions • Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure reliability and accuracy • Maintain documentation for data models, pipelines, and transformation logic Qualifications: Required: • Strong command of SQL, including writing and debugging complex queries • Proven expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling and performance tuning • Advanced experience with DBT for data transformations and orchestration • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, especially in cloud environments • Ability to analyze and work with large, complex datasets • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams • Work Authorization: USC and GC only • Local candidates only – Onsite required • In-person interview required Company: At StaffXpert, we are a premier staffing agency specializing in connecting top-tier consultants with businesses across the United States and beyond.
