Senior Accounting Power BI Analyst

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Accounting Power BI Analyst. Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support accounting and executive decision-making • Clean up, enhance, and standardize existing Power BI reports used by executive leadership • Partner with the CFO and CEO on ad hoc financial, analytical, and operational projects • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes within the accounting department • Support and improve month-end close processes, including reporting accuracy and efficiency • Translate accounting and financial data into clear, visually compelling insights for leadership • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across reports and dashboards • Collaborate with accounting and finance team members to align reporting with business needs Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field • Senior-level experience in accounting, finance, or financial analytics roles • Strong experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports • Solid understanding of accounting processes, including month-end close • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive leadership The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
