Job Title: Senior AI Analyst Location: GA Department: Data Science / Artificial Intelligence Reports To: AI/ML Lead or Head of Data Science Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise, experience with machine learning models, and a deep understanding of data interpretation and automation strategies. Key Responsibilities • Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning techniques. • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision solutions. • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies. • Evaluate the performance of AI systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and ethical compliance. • Build and maintain data pipelines to support AI model training and inference. • Utilize statistical methods and advanced analytics to interpret trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets. • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership using visualization tools and storytelling techniques. • Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve organizational AI capabilities. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of AI best practices across teams. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related field. • 58 years of experience in AI, data analytics, or machine learning roles. • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical languages. • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. • Solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib). • Proven experience in handling large-scale datasets and data pipelines. • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical results into business insights. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML). • Knowledge of NLP, generative AI, or deep learning architectures. • Familiarity with MLOps tools for model deployment and lifecycle management. • Certification in AI or Data Analytics (e.g., Google Cloud AI Engineer, Microsoft AI Fundamentals).
