( Name Undisclosed ) is seeking top-tier AI Developers to join their team. This is a highly selective role where the client is focused on candidates with exceptional technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently explain complex solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in AI/ML development, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Python. This opportunity requires 3 days/week onsite at one of the listed DTCC office locations and will include a drug test, background check, and credit check as part of the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement AI solutions with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). • Build and optimize scalable AI/ML systems to support enterprise applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes and products. • Research and apply the latest advancements in AI to solve complex business problems. • Communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills • Proven experience as an AI Developer / Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on expertise in: • Large Language Models (LLMs) / Large Format Language • Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Python (advanced proficiency) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication, confidence, and ability to explain technical work clearly. • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
