Senior AI Engineer

TechYard Recruitment are working for a AI Solutions Consultancy who are a key player in the Databricks Market. Based in the East Coast of the USA and working in a C2C capacity we are seeking a Senior AI Engineers with strong expertise in data science, machine learning, and generative AI to join their team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions in production environments while also engaging directly with customers to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and generative AI solutions in production. • Lead the implementation of advanced AI models, from experimentation to scalable deployment. • Own ML Ops pipelines, ensuring model performance, reliability, and monitoring in production. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions. • Serve as a customer-facing technical expert, communicating complex AI concepts in a clear and actionable way. • Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend their application to real-world problems. Qualifications • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and generative AI. • Strong background in productional modeling and deployment of ML systems. • Expertise in ML Ops practices, tools, and infrastructure. • Proven track record of implementing and scaling AI solutions in production. • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
