What You’ll Do • Drive the development of new AI-driven features from concept to production • Seamlessly integrate LLMs and other NLP technologies into core user-facing products • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that are practical, scalable, and user-centric • Stay ahead of industry trends and research to ensure we remain at the forefront of AI innovation What You Bring • Depth & Curiosity: 3+ years of experience working with LLMs, embeddings, or similar natural language ML technologies and a passion for continuous learning • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to frame complex challenges clearly and design impactful, elegant solutions • Strong Communication: Able to explain advanced technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • User-First Mindset: You care deeply about real-world impact and prioritize initiatives that drive meaningful value Bonus Points For • Experience with modern web and backend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres) • Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Spark, DBT, or similar • A solid understanding of system-level thinking from frontend interfaces to backend architecture • Interests beyond tech whether creative, analytical, or interdisciplinary, we greatly value fresh perspectives Our client is an early-stage company operating at the intersection of customer experience and AI innovation.
