Role description
Title: Senior AI Python Engineer (W2 ONLY, NO C2C) Location: Alpharetta, Georgia Environment: Hybrid (2 days onsite) Duration: 6+ month contract (possible FTE) Pay: $70-$80/hour W2 ONLY NO C2C β€’ β€’ Due to client requirements, US Citizens or GC Holders ONLY β€’ β€’ Details We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable software and AI infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative team of developers, AI specialists, and engineers to build high-performance applications, optimize distributed systems, and support large-scale AI services. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Python and/or Java, strong cloud infrastructure knowledge, and proven experience delivering robust, production-ready solutions. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 9+ years of hands-on programming experience, highly skilled in Python and proficient in Java, Kotlin, or Golang for optimization, profiling, and scalable application development. Strong expertise with Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP also valuable) including serverless architectures, distributed systems, and cloud-native services. Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying distributed and parallel computing applications with a focus on scalability and high performance. Proficiency with testing frameworks (Unit, Integration, Component) and methodologies such as TDD/BDD for ensuring quality and reliability of code. Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker, AWS ECS/EKS, or Kubernetes. Solid foundation in software architecture and design patterns, with ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI-driven infrastructure and applications.
