We are seeking a Senior AI/ML developer, with technical depth, good requirement analysis, project management and excellent documentation skills who can help our finance risk management team develop Data and AI solutions to automate control testing procedures and identify trends/anomalies in data
Basic Qualification:
1. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
1. Hands-on experience and advanced prompt engineering techniques with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Mistral).
1. Experience building AI-powered workflows, preferably with LangChain or LangGraph.
1. Comfort with data science tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, and other common Python libraries.
1. Experience building web/data apps using Flask and/or Streamlit.
1. Working knowledge of statistics, data validation, and anomaly detection techniques
1. Experience with Data visualization tools (Tableau)
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
1. Solid project management experience, including the ability to build projects from scratch independently.
1. Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with evaluating AI models, using tools like OpenAI Evals, LangSmith, or custom evaluation frameworks
1. Experience in developing automation/technology solutions for Finance, Risk & Audit teams
1. Familiarity with internal developer ecosystem, including Databook, Querybuilder, Michelangelo, uWorc and internal automation pipelines.
