We are working with a global Innovation and Technology Consultancy, who are looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer & Data Scientist to lead the development of intelligent, data-driven solutions that solve real-world problems and enable next-generation telco services.
Youβll play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutionsβfrom ideation to productionβwhile collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of connectivity.
Key responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions, including LLMs and GenAI.
β’ Perform feature engineering and selection to optimize model performance.
β’ Select and implement appropriate AI/ML algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.
β’ Train, evaluate, and optimize models using machine learning
β’ Deploy models to production environments, ensuring robustness and scalability.
β’ Monitor model performance and define strategies for identifying drift; retrain or refine models as needed.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models with business applications and systems.
β’ Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and data science technologies.
β’ Lead and mentor junior team members.
β’ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI/ML pipelines, data workflows, and analytical processes
Desirable Experience:
β’ Conduct extensive data exploration, analysis, and pre-processing to ensure data quality for AI/ML applications.
β’ Develop and apply data science methodologies to extract insights from large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
β’ Utilise predictive analytics, time series forecasting, and statistical models (nice to have skill) to drive business decision-making.
β’ Train, evaluate, and optimize models using statistical techniques
Key Skills:
β’ 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
β’ Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and techniques, including LLMs, GenAI, and automated AI systems.
β’ Machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
β’ Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
β’ Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
β’ Ability to work independently and lead projects from inception to deployment.
Desirable Skills:
β’ 5+ years experience in data science
β’ Data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
β’ Proficiency in working with large datasets, data wrangling, and data preprocessing.
β’ Experience in data science, statistical modelling, and data analytics techniques.
β’ Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable.
β’ MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field is preferred.
