Client is a stealth tech startup looking to add a technical co-founder to build a new venture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
. Own end-to-end LLM workflows for understanding long-form inputs and producing structured summaries, suggestions, and alternatives validated by deterministic checks.
. Express acceptance criteria as code
. Build a privacy layer detects and replacing PII with reversible mapping on return.
. Ship a low-latency user experience
. Establish an evaluation harness with golden sets, rubric-based scoring, regression tests and online metrics.
. Harden safety against prompt injection and data exfiltration, implement guardrails, content filters, and auditable traces.
Prerequisites
. Production experience with LLMs for text understanding & generation
. Scheme-constrained generation (JSON, Schema, Pedantic), programmatic validators and output ranking/scoring
. Privacy/Security practices: PII detection and redaction, tokenization, encryption, secure logging
. Evaluation discipline: gold datasets, G-Evaluation style, calibration and experiment design
. Python

. Retrieval-augmented workflows, vector indexing, hybrid search
