Join a high-impact digital innovation team as a Senior AI/ML/GenAI Engineer, where you'll help shape intelligent systems using large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, and scalable ML architectures. This is a fully remote, contract position starting July 28, 2025, offering $120/hr and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do
β’ Design and deploy advanced machine learning and generative AI models, including agentic systems and intelligent assistants.
β’ Optimize LLM performance and inference speeds for real-world scalability.
β’ Engineer prompts and fine-tune foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
β’ Implement safety mechanisms and AI guardrails to ensure responsible model outputs.
β’ Build algorithms to personalize content and decode user intent.
β’ Architect CI/CD data pipelines for robust, secure ML operations.
β’ Collaborate across teams to translate business goals into production-grade AI tools.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 5+ years of ML or AI engineering experience, including hands-on work with LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
β’ Strong skills in Python, Golang, R, or Java; familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related ML libraries.
β’ Experience with tools like LangChain, CrewAI, and NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails.
β’ Solid understanding of AI security best practices (e.g., prompt injection protection, compliance standards).
β’ Proficiency with SQL and both relational and NoSQL data systems.
β’ Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
Bonus Points For
β’ Experience deploying deep learning systems at scale.
β’ Knowledge of quantization, model distillation, or semantic vector search.
β’ Hands-on work with RAG pipelines and personalization strategies.
