Senior AI/ML Resource

This is a high-impact, client-facing role with strong visibility and leadership responsibilities. Location & Work Type Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY Work Type: Remote Key Responsibilities • Design and define end-to-end AI/ML architectures across data, middleware, and front-end layers • Lead agent orchestration and development of AI-powered workflows and chat interfaces using React • Build and optimize data pipelines for AI consumption, including extraction, transformation, and modeling • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions • Develop structured queries and data models using Python and SQL • Identify and resolve data performance and scalability challenges • Partner with engineering teams to transition architecture into execution • Present updates, insights, and technical solutions to stakeholders Qualifications Required: • Strong experience with Python and SQL in data-intensive environments • Hands-on expertise across full-stack AI systems (frontend, middleware, backend) • Experience with agent orchestration and AI-driven application design • Proven ability to build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable) • Strong communication skills with client-facing experience • Ability to solve complex data challenges with AI-driven approaches Preferred (Optional): • Experience with tools such as Automation Anywhere, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or similar • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Informatica • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model integration • Experience with MCP tools or orchestration frameworks Benefits • Medical coverage and Health Savings Account (HSA) through Anthem • Dental/Vision/Various Ancillary coverages through Unum • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Paid-time-off options • Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Discount programs through ADP WorkforceNow Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $94 - $104 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
