Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst for a 12 Month Contract role with a client located in Orlando FL / Burbank, CA (Onsite). Pay Range: $55- $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a hands-on Airtable expert who can take ownership of our existing Airtable ecosystem, optimize it, and evolve it into a scalable, well-integrated platform. This role goes beyond basic configuration—it requires someone who can think strategically about data architecture, integrations, and long-term product direction. You’ll be working within a Scrum team, partnering closely with product owners and stakeholders to enhance two core systems: Vendor Management Request Intake and Contract Library. A big part of the role is bringing structure—documenting current setups, consolidating contractor work, and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities: • Configure, optimize, and maintain Airtable applications supporting vendor management and contract lifecycle workflows. • Build and maintain Airtable automations, interfaces, and custom scripts to streamline and enhance user experience. • Design and implement integrations between Airtable and other enterprise systems using APIs, scripting, or middleware. • Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to define sprint goals and deliverables. • Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions with clean data architecture and intuitive user experiences. • Troubleshoot and enhance existing Airtable bases for performance, usability, and maintainability. • Document configuration and integration decisions and provide knowledge transfer to internal team members. Required Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of experience in low-code/no-code platform configuration, with a strong focus on Airtable. • Proven ability to deliver production-ready Airtable solutions in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment. • Deep understanding of Airtable formulas, automations, interfaces, and custom scripting using JavaScript within Airtable’s scripting environment. • Experience designing and implementing integrations between Airtable and other enterprise systems using APIs or middleware. • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting vendor management or contract lifecycle tools. • Familiarity with enterprise environments, data governance, and compliance practices. • Background in product configuration, business analysis, or technical consulting.
