Responsibilities
A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Analyst - CRM Marketing Analytics to join their team in New York, NY. Overview: This person will be a Senior-level contractor supporting CRM Marketing analytics within a subscription/SVOD business. This role focuses on winback, prospect acquisition, and in-life lifecycle marketing performance across email, push, and in-app messaging (IAM). The contractor will partner closely with CRM and Growth Marketing teams to strengthen measurement frameworks, quantify incremental lift, and improve performance through data-driven insights. This role requires strong SQL expertise, experience working in Snowflake, and familiarity with Braze-driven CRM programs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Analyze CRM campaign performance across:
β’ Email
β’ Push notifications
β’ In-app messaging (IAM)
Support Performance Optimization Across
β’ Winback campaigns
β’ Prospect acquisition (CRM-driven conversion efforts)
β’ In-life lifecycle messaging
β’ Measure incremental lift using A/B tests and holdout frameworks
β’ Evaluate impact on conversion, renewal, retention, and revenue
β’ Write advanced SQL queries in Snowflake across subscription, engagement, and transaction datasets
β’ Validate audience segmentation and support QA of CRM targeting logic
β’ Build and maintain Tableau dashboards focused on CRM KPIs
β’ Deliver executive-ready insights and performance summaries
β’ Identify data discrepancies and ensure metric consistency across teams
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of analytics experience in subscription, SVOD, or recurring revenue businesses
β’ 3+ years of supporting CRM or lifecycle marketing programs
β’ Demonstrated experience measuring incrementality and campaign lift
β’ Strong understanding of subscriber lifecycle dynamics, churn, and retention drivers
β’ Experience working cross-functionally with CRM and Growth teams
Desired Software & Technical Skills:
β’ Advanced SQL (Snowflake preferred)
β’ Snowflake data warehouse experience
β’ Braze experience (audience segmentation, campaign performance reporting)
β’ Tableau dashboard development
β’ Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
β’ Experience working with subscription lifecycle and transaction datasets
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
