This contract role can be located in Dallas or Austin with Hybrid onsite expectations.
Job Summary:
The ecosystem is a key growth area, and leading with insights is critical to allowing the organization to scale and make the right decisions. This role involves launching a new Sigma reporting platform designed to empower internal users with scalable, high-impact solutions that they can use to perform their jobs every day. The successful candidate will play a critical role in standing up the reporting, analytics, and operational processes needed to support and scale operations. Insights generated will directly shape go-to-market strategies, partner engagement, and employee productivity. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with the Global Partner Organization, bringing rigor to how performance is tracked, growth opportunities are uncovered, and data is operationalized into repeatable processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the creation of foundational dashboards and KPIs that track all partner metrics and partner organization metrics
- Develop data models in tools such as Snowflake and Sigma that allow the team to measure the entire partner lifecycle from onboarding to revenue generation
- Analyze internal productivity of Partner Sales and Partner Management teams and partner performance to inform strategic priorities and GTM execution
- Create and document scalable processes that enable self-serve reporting, standardized metrics, and performance review cadences
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders and executives
Skills:
- Strong SQL skills and ability to wrangle data from multiple sources
- Proven experience designing and building dashboards and data models in tools like Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
- Strategic thinking with the ability to distill complex datasets into clear narratives and business recommendations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS partner ecosystems
- Experience implementing reporting governance or scalable BI frameworks
- Exposure to API analytics, embedded app performance, or telemetry data
Experience:
- 5 plus years of experience in business analytics, operations, or data strategy roles, preferably in high-tech, SaaS, or platform business models
- Experience supporting GTM or product teams, especially in partner ecosystems or marketplaces, is a strong plus
