Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics and Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst in Strategic Analytics and Finance. This position offers the opportunity to drive impactful decisions through data analysis and collaboration across various departments. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive historical data analysis to generate actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making. • Perform quantitative analyses, including ROI assessments and scenario planning, to identify business opportunities. • Create detailed forecasting models to evaluate business impact and budget considerations. • Establish a regular financial reporting cadence, monitoring key metrics, and producing reports for stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and support various initiatives. • Provide ad hoc analytical support for projects related to Host Services. Skills • 3+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, or data science. • Strong background in strategic finance, business analytics, or investment banking, preferably within a marketplace setting. • Proficiency in modeling techniques and handling large datasets to extract meaningful insights. • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex information. • Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
