You’ll analyze advertiser data, investigate policy violations, and drive enforcement solutions to protect users from fraud and abuse. This role is highly analytical, investigative, and strategic—ideal for problem-solvers who thrive in ambiguity. What You’ll Do • Analyze complex datasets (80% SQL-heavy) to surface insights and detect risks. • Investigate escalations and identify root causes of policy breaches. • Audit and challenge reviewer decisions, internal playbooks, and verification processes. • Lead monthly/quarterly reporting, newsletters, and exec presentations. • Collaborate across Product (70%), Engineering (20%), and Legal/Sales (10%). • Drive fixes for gaps in fraud detection systems; propose new enforcement strategies. What You Bring • Advanced SQL expertise — must-have. • Strong data analysis and investigative skills. • Sharp communication — especially for exec-facing updates. • Experience in Trust & Safety, Google Ads, or content risk management is a plus. • Bonus: Python, R, SAS; experience with Google Collab or Organizer.
