Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to join their innovative team. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Data & Analytics team supporting the development and implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: SENIOR ANALYTICS ENGINEER - AI, Data Modeling and Cloud Experience Location: This position is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates near Redmond, WA who can work onsite approximately 3 days per week. Pay Range: $59.15 - $66.54 on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/401k) Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each: • Python 4-5 years • Data modeling 3 years • Cloud experience 2 years (Azure preferred) What's the Job? • Design and develop scalable AI and machine learning solutions to support gaming analytics and player engagement initiatives. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into technical architectures. • Assess complex data landscapes and recommend innovative AI-driven approaches to enhance data insights and operational efficiency. • Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within AI solutions. • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the organization’s strategic initiatives. What's Needed? • Proven experience in designing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in a large enterprise environment. • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data management principles. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and open mindset. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
