Mandatory Skills: Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, Databricks or Snowflake Job Description: Objective: To turn raw data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders and build a unified, scalable analytical platform. Key Responsibilities • Architecting Foundation: Design and build transformation layers to serve as a single source of truth; partner closely with data engineers. • Business Insights: Own end-to-end delivery of insights, from gathering requirements to modeling and creating dashboards. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical partner to business users, translating functional needs into automated solutions. • Data Storytelling: Develop artifacts and data narratives to influence strategy across technical and non-technical audiences. • Scaling & Automation: Implement core business metrics that automate operational reporting and enable self-serve capabilities. • Engineering Rigor: Apply software best practices (versioning, modularity, testing) to data models. Experience: 4+ years of industry experience in technical engineering or analytics. Technical Skills: • Advanced SQL & Data Modeling: Ability to build production-grade models. • Cloud Environment: Experience with Databricks or Snowflake (Cloud Lakehouse). • Visualization: Full-stack expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Soft Skills: Business-centric mindset, ownership, accountability, and a collaborative spirit. Nice to Have (Bonus) • Experience with customer acquisition or sales funnel analytics. • Industry experience in Real Estate or other market-driven domains.
