We are currently looking for 'Senior Applications Analyst – Oracle Payroll Cloud | Alpharetta, GA / Oakland, CA | Hybrid' to support one of our clients with the following skills: Requirement: Hiring Now: Senior Applications Analyst – Oracle Payroll Cloud | Alpharetta, GA / Oakland, CA | Hybrid We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Applications Analyst – Oracle Payroll Cloud for a long-term Contract-to-Hire opportunity. This role requires a strong Oracle HCM professional with deep expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL, along with hands-on experience in Oracle Redwood UI and VBS Personalizations. Location: Alpharetta, GA / Oakland, CA Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite Wednesday & Thursday) Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Duration: 12+ Months (Contract-to-Hire) Rate: DOE Pay Rate: $85 - $105 on C2C / 1099 (Depends on experience) Preference: Candidates located near Oakland, CA or Alpharetta, GA Key Responsibilities Lead solution design and provide innovative solutions for complex business challenges. Configure and support Oracle Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL modules. Own end-to-end delivery and support of Payroll-related functionality. Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, payslip templates, and VBS personalizations. Work with Oracle Redwood UI and modern HCM user experiences. Prepare functional specifications and documentation for enhancements and regulatory changes. Perform data analysis, query execution, validation, and testing activities. Support FIT/SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and DR testing cycles. Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead functional review sessions. Required Experience ✔ 15+ years of Business/Application/System Analyst experience ✔ Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience ✔ Expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL modules ✔ Strong Solution Design and Configuration experience ✔ Hands-on with Oracle Redwood UI and VBS Personalizations ✔ Experience with Fast Formulas, BIP Reports, and Payslip Templates ✔ Knowledge of legislative requirements and annual business cycles ✔ Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills ✔ Jira experience is a plus 📩 If you are interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please share your updated resume with sureshs@tranzeal.com
