Role description
About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Senior Developer with extensive experience in AWS BluAge, AWS cloud services, and Change Data Capture (CDC). The ideal candidate will lead cloud modernization initiatives, design scalable solutions, and enable real-time data synchronization strategies. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities β€’ Solution Design & Architecture: Define, design, and deliver modern, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS BluAge and AWS services. β€’ Full SDLC Involvement: Actively contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance. β€’ Client & Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, SMEs, and business associates; act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives. Must-Have Technical Skills β€’ Deep expertise in AWS BluAge for modernization projects. β€’ Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (compute, storage, networking, databases, etc.). β€’ Solid understanding and implementation experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) mechanisms. Nice-to-Have Skills β€’ Exposure to or knowledge of the banking and financial services domain. β€’ Familiarity with modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, containers, etc.). Qualifications & Experience β€’ Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, with at least several years in AWS ecosystem and modernization projects. β€’ Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions in cloud-native environments. β€’ Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. β€’ Strong team player with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
