Responsibilities • Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of the account application. • Influence and mentor peers, junior, and senior team members within the organization and across the account. • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot problems, and contribute to creative solutions. • Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to resolve bugs and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Lead and support DevOps initiatives, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD processes. • Provide production support, monitor systems, and guide the team in issue resolution and incident management. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Required Skills and Experience • 8+ years of overall IT experience. • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with AWS. • 7+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation. • 1+ year of experience in a technical leadership role. • Strong experience in infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation. • Proficient in AWS services such as ECS (Fargate), OpenSearch, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, and AuroraDB. • Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions. • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting latency issues using Kibana, DataDog, and Dynatrace. • Knowledge of Akamai CDN configurations and optimizations. • Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) setups (Active/Active or Active/Passive). • Familiarity with Route 53 for DNS management.
