Senior Azure Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Azure Engineer with strong experience in financial services and Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications and services in a highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and support Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, and Azure Active Directory integrations. • Develop and maintain SQL procedures, triggers, and functions. • Build and optimize web applications, REST APIs, and backend services using .NET Core and Entity Framework. • Create responsive UI components with Bootstrap, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. • Architect, implement, and operate scalable, highly available Azure solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of applications. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance cloud and database solutions for performance and reliability. Qualifications • Progressive technical experience in a financial services organization. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, ADO, and AD. • 5+ years of SQL development (procedures, triggers, functions). • 5+ years of experience in web application development using .NET Core, Entity Framework, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks. • Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, high-availability, fault tolerance, and scalability concepts. • Proven ability to design, architect, and operate Azure-based solutions. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and in team settings, with multiple projects in parallel. • Must be able to interview and work onsite in San Ramon, CA.
