Your Role & Responsibilities
Fine-tune and optimize Azure OpenAI models to improve response accuracy from ~85% to ~95%
Design, test, and refine advanced prompt strategies and system instructions
Implement multi-agent orchestration to enhance response nuance and contextual depth
Adjust key model parameters (temperature, max tokens, etc.) for performance gains
Inject legal, regulatory, and environmental context into model outputs for domain alignment
Develop feedback loops and evaluation frameworks to continuously measure and improve model accuracy
Collaborate with internal business teams and developers to accelerate solution maturity
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
10+ years of experience in AI engineering, NLP, or software architecture
Deep hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and the Microsoft AI ecosystem
Proven success improving LLM output quality through prompt engineering and parameter tuning
Experience transitioning from single-agent to multi-agent architectures
Strong understanding of NLP techniques, context injection, and grounding models with external data
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including business analysts and developers
Self-starter mentality with minimal ramp-up time required
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with regulatory, legal, or policy-driven text generation
Familiarity with wastewater permitting, EPA regulations, or environmental compliance
Prior work in public sector or government AI applications
Education & Certifications You Need
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Advanced degree or certifications in AI, NLP, or cloud architecture are a plus
