Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8+ years in backend or data engineering.
• PySpark & Python (expert level).
• AWS: Hands-on experience with Glue, Lambda, EC2; Step Functions preferred.
• Strong background in ETL/ELT and large-scale ingestion pipelines.
• Experience supporting accounting/reporting data flows or similar financial processes.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer, validation, audit, and compliance workflows.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
