Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Memphis. This hybrid role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong Tableau and SQL developer with experience in building dashboards, automating reporting processes, and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business operations, sales, and distribution metrics.
• Develop and manage SQL-based ETL pipelines, integrating data from ERP systems, operational databases, and other sources into structured datasets for analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, perform ad-hoc analysis, and deliver actionable insights that drive cost savings and operational improvements.
• Automate reporting processes, KPIs, and executive dashboards to support forecasting, goal tracking, and strategic planning.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise manner.
• Support data quality initiatives and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Tableau and SQL Server, including ETL processes and dashboard development.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, big data environments, or cloud-based data warehouses is a bonus.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
