Role description
Requirements:
• W2 only, can not work C2C
• LOCAL required
• Healthcare Required
• Business Analyst with Data and SQL
• Business Intelliegence projects.
• Microstrategy would be a plus
Responsibilities:
• Gathers, analyzes and documents user requirements and translates them into user stories
• Plans and conducts stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and / or understand current business processes
• Develops and maintains product backlogs and coordinates with others on dependent stories
• Implements requirements traceability from user stories to product features
• Actively participates in discovery workshops to aid in requirements discussion
• Clarifies requirements questions and dependencies across systems during sprint planning and testing.
• Leads or provides support to others during the user refinement ceremony.
• Participates in discussions during Agile ceremonies for iteration planning
• Clarifies requirements during testing
• Fields questions from stakeholders/end users during user acceptance testing and performs triage; identifies potential options to aid in the resolution process
• Leads the user story refinement ceremony by driving the discussion and providing clarification
• Promotes and recommends solutions for continuous improvements to Agile processes
• Conducts gap analysis to identify solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborates with the development team to ensure designs meet customer requirements and standards
• Writes SQL queries to review application data
• Reviews application data to identify and triage discrepancies
• Partners with business owners and technical architects to set a strategic product direction and scope out project efforts
• Identifies and suggests opportunities to improve the user experience for one or two primary products
• Mentors others on best practices and drives accountability
• Meets training requirements and, follows established procedures, and proposes new procedures
• Ensures the use of metrics to measure progress of group or departmental issues
• Provides reasonable estimates for work products
• Utilizes and evaluates metrics to identify and implement improvements to standards and procedures
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Agile business analysis required.
• Excellent business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics/Data Warehousing/Big Data concepts.
• Ability to understand complex business areas and applications.
• Knowledge of test methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ADO for requirement documentation preferred.
• Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive organization skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and/or 340B products a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
