Job Title Senior BI Developer / Data Analyst Location Plano, Texas 75023 Schedule Fully Onsite Type Full-Time Ongoing Contract (12 Months, Likely Extension) Summary Our client is seeking a Senior BI Developer / Data Analyst to support enterprise-level reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will design and enhance BI solutions, create actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making. This position requires strong technical analytics expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence strategic planning through data-driven insights. Bilingual proficiency in English + Spanish or Korean is required. Key Responsibilities • Extract meaningful insights and develop highly visual dashboards, reports, and presentations using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools. • Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources. • Optimize existing BI solutions for improved scalability, efficiency, and performance. • Monitor KPIs and key business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Conduct detailed analyses of company performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks. • Provide actionable insights that inform strategic planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making. • Recommend new business opportunities, operational improvements, and cost?saving initiatives. • Collaborate cross?functionally to ensure alignment on reporting standards, data integrity, and business objectives. • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement BI tools, automation, and streamlined reporting systems. • Deliver BI tool training, documentation, and support to end?users. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data modeling, analytics, or a related role. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and modern BI/analytics tools. • Strong analytical, problem?solving, and data interpretation skills. • Excellent communication skills, including data storytelling and executive presentations. • High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, testing, and predictive analytics. • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). • Knowledge of project management principles. • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency through data and automation. • Strategic mindset, collaboration skills, and adaptability in fast?changing environments. • Bilingual: English + (Spanish or Korean) required.
