Role description
Hybrid Onsite Every Other Week in Westlake, TX The Senior BPM Developer will lead hands-on design and engineering to automate and transform operational environments. The role will architect and build scalable BPM solutions that enhance customer experience and associate workflows within an agile team. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable process automation. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $57.00 to $67.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities β€’ Own delivery of technical solutions across multiple business units. β€’ Facilitate process design sessions and analyze business processes to document current and future states. β€’ Translate business requirements into solutions that meet quality and security standards. β€’ Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable BPM implementations. β€’ Drive excellence in software development practices and procedures. β€’ Provide a strong voice in analysis and design meetings. β€’ Mentor team members and provide technical leadership. β€’ Establish trusted relationships with business partners and engineering peers. Experience Requirements β€’ Proficiency with Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST APIs, and HTML. β€’ Hands-on Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience. β€’ Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and best practices. β€’ Knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding tools. β€’ Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers. β€’ Background in business process improvement or re-engineering. β€’ Experience liaising with business and technical teams. β€’ Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience. β€’ Experience in financial services in an operations or technology role (preferred).
