The Senior Business Domain Data Modeler will play a key role in supporting data-driven initiatives by implementing, enhancing, and maintaining business data models. This role ensures data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility to meet organizational needs and support business intelligence solutions. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. | No C2C

Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Hybrid (On-site once a month β every 4th Wednesday)
Responsibilities
β’ Implement and maintain data models that accurately represent business requirements.
β’ Enhance existing data models to improve efficiency, quality, and usability.
β’ Perform regular data reconciliation tasks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
β’ Monitor, assess, and improve data quality for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
β’ Implement and validate business rules in compliance with policies and objectives.
β’ Ensure business rules and logic changes are accurately reflected in data architecture.
β’ Test and validate changes using Validatar to ensure correctness and consistency.
β’ Identify and implement opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
β’ Maintain thorough documentation of all data processes, changes, and enhancements.
β’ Assist with the design and modification of the EASE Data Warehouse Solution.
β’ Create and optimize data models to support health information analytics.
β’ Collaborate with Analytics Manager, Data Scientists, and EASE users to design Information Marts for self-service queries and visualization.
β’ Provide training materials/documentation for new users.
β’ Deliver operational support for Business Intelligence tools.
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of Data Warehouse modeling experience.
β’ Cloud architecture skills.
β’ 3+ years of SQL experience.
β’ 2+ years of WhereScape RED and 3D experience.
β’ 1+ year of Snowflake experience.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
β’ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication.
β’ High attention to detail and professional integrity.
β’ Strong collaboration and time management skills.
β’ Familiarity with: WhereScape, Validatar, Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, BOX, AWS, Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
β’ Hands-on data modeling project experience.
β’ Strong understanding of data management principles.
β’ Business analysis experience.
