Title : Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Location : Dallas, TX Onsite Only Number of positions : 2 Position type: Contract Role Overview As a Senior BI Analyst, you will partner with multiple business units to deliver actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. This role requires end to end ownership of data processes-from integration and modeling to visualization and reporting-while ensuring governance, scalability, and innovation in analytics. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise level analytics solutions. • Establish and enforce standards for data modeling, visualization, and governance. • Integrate and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for diverse stakeholders. • Embed Looker outputs or integrate BI solutions into applications. • Research and apply advanced analytics in the healthcare domain. • Maintain internal BI tools and ensure performance optimization. • Deliver comprehensive analytical reports in a fast paced environment. • Provide leadership and mentorship within the BI function. Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years in BI/reporting functions. • Bachelor's/Master's in a quantitative discipline. • Advanced SQL with AWS Redshift. • Expertise in Looker development (LookML, performance tuning). • Strong Python development skills. • Hands on experience with AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, SageMaker). • Advanced data modeling and governance best practices. • Agile methodology experience. • Strong problem solving and multi tasking abilities. • Ability to resolve conflicting/inaccurate data issues. Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare industry experience. • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
