Role description
Adecco is seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our clients Digital Analytics team. In this role, youβll partner with data engineering, analytics enablement, and business teams to make data and insights accessible, actionable, and impactful. You will lead the design and delivery of executive dashboards, marketing analytics, and cross-channel reporting that drive business strategy and performance.
This role is hybrid in Atlanta, GA. Please only local candidates apply. This role is not eligible for C2C.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Amplitude, or Power BI to deliver insights to product and marketing teams.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and provide data-driven solutions.
β’ Prepare, cleanse, and manipulate data in cloud platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and GCP.
β’ Analyze digital and offline data (web analytics, call center data, CSAT, CRM, etc.) to identify user behavior trends and business opportunities.
β’ Perform complex data profiling, data stitching, and cleansing across multiple sources.
β’ Serve as subject matter expert for digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics, GTM, Google Optimize, CDPs, and FullStory.
β’ Support digital analytics initiatives and manage ongoing reporting/maintenance projects.
β’ Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and clear insights for leadership teams.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in STEM, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 6+ years of experience in BI, digital analytics, or data engineering.
β’ 5+ years of strong SQL experience working with platforms like SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
β’ Advanced skills in dashboarding and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Data Studio, etc.).
β’ Proven track record of managing large, complex datasets and integrating data across multiple sources.
β’ Strong knowledge of digital analytics platforms (GA, GTM, CDPs, etc.) and cloud data warehouses.
β’ Excellent communication skills with ability to tell a story through data for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Strong business acumen and experience aligning analytics to organizational strategy.
