We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
• Lead business and systems analysis, translating requirements into technical specifications, test plans, and traceability matrices
• Design and execute test strategies across Agile and Waterfall environments
• Use advanced SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data for strategic decision-making
• Develop and optimize AI prompts to retrieve accurate insights from complex datasets
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Train and empower non-technical teams in AI-driven data usage and data literacy
• Ensure compliance with data governance, reporting standards, and quality benchmarks
• Act as a key liaison between IT, data engineering, and program stakeholders
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
• 12+ years in business/data analysis, BI, or systems analysis roles
• Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Proven ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (HHS exposure is a big plus)
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and data governance principles
• Experience in AI prompting, prompt libraries, or tools like Streamlit (Python)
• Background in training teams on data and AI tools
