Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer Location: Troy, MI 48083 Duration: 3 month Contract (Contract to hire) Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week Work Arrangement: Hybrid 1 Day Onsite / 4 Days Remote Interview Process: MS Teams Interview (30 mins 1 hour) Roles & Responsibilities Develop reports, dashboards, data models, and automated BI solutions to support healthcare and business operations. Gather business requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights for leadership and operational teams. Work with healthcare, population health, and revenue cycle data including billing, claims, payments, and utilization metrics. Build and maintain datasets using SQL and BI tools for reporting and analytics needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, physicians, and executives to deliver data-driven solutions. Ensure data quality, meet project deadlines, and present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required/Preferred Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, or Applied Science. Minimum 4 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Healthcare Analytics, or related field. Strong SQL expertise with experience building datasets, reports, and dashboards. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Looker, Qlik, or SSRS. Knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, and data visualization concepts. Experience with healthcare systems or EMR platforms (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, etc.) is highly preferred.
