Business Intelligence Developer Senior - ONSITE Submit with proof of education -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is required Summary: The Business Intelligence Developer Senior leads complex BI projects, drives data solutions, and provides mentorship to junior developers. This role is responsible for optimizing data pipelines and ensuring best practices in BI development. Responsibilities: • Meets expectations of the applicable Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. • Own the design, development, and optimization of BI solutions. • Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions that support business objectives. • Create complex data models and reporting structures to enhance decision-making. • Build real-time dashboards to track KPIs and operational performance. • Write and refine advanced SQL scripts for data manipulation and reporting. • Collaborate with business units to identify analytical requirements and translate them into BI solutions. • Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover insights and trends. • Enforce best practices in data governance, quality, and security. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI-related issues efficiently. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers. • Stay up-to-date with emerging BI technologies and methodologies. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Education/Skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is required • Master’s degree in computer science, Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is preferred Experience • Around 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on business intelligence, data modeling, and analytics required • Strong expertise in ETL design and development using tools like SSIS, Talend, or similar • Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and performance optimization techniques • Proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, OBIEE, and OAC • Extensive experience with data warehousing concepts, including OLTP/OLAP models and dimensional schemas • Hands-on experience with data transformation, staging, and cleansing processes • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting • Experience handling large-scale datasets and diverse data sources • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications • None required
