Company: One of Our Clients Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Locations: Lawrenceville, NJ/ Madison, NJ/ New Brunswick (NBR), NJ/ Princeton Pike (PPK), NJ (50% Onsite) Duration: 12+ months (Extendable) Pay Rate: $53-$58.74/hr on W2 Top Skills: β€’ Strong hands-on experience with: o SAP Business Objects (preferably 4.3) o Power BI (advanced; 3–4+ years) o SQL (advanced) β€’ Experience supporting Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety analytics β€’ Able to maintain data integrity, support validation documentation, and deliver clear insights to stakeholders β€’ Comfortable working across multiple reporting tools and adapting to evolving platforms β€’ Hands on experience is NEEDED with the required platforms β€’ Summary Business Intelligence Analyst-PV, part of the PV Analytics Center of Excellence within Patient Safety (PS), is responsible for the hands-on execution of data analytics, reporting, and visualization activities supporting Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety operations. This role is highly execution-focused and requires deep, practical experience working directly with reporting tools and data systems. The candidate will support scientific, operational, and regulatory reporting needs by developing actionable insights, maintaining reporting environments, and enabling informed decision-making across Patient Safety (PS). The role reports to the Associate Director, PV Analytics Center of Excellence and requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently deliver high-quality analytics. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Reporting β€’ Build and continuously improve analytics models and dashboards to provide insights into efficiency, quality, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback β€’ Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting databases and analytics applications (SAP Business Objects, Power BI, SQL environments, and others) β€’ Independently build, modify, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards (hands-on execution required) β€’ Utilize internal systems and tools to streamline data retrieval and reduce manual processes β€’ Aggregate, query, and analyze data to generate actionable insights and answer key business questions β€’ Run recurring and ad hoc reports and present findings to leadership and stakeholders β€’ Support monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews (activities, outcomes, trends) β€’ Analyze stakeholder feedback/complaints and collaborate with functional leads to propose solutions β€’ Ensure data integrity, traceability, and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle β€’ Support validation activities including creation of validation plans, test scripts, and summary reports β€’ Contribute to process improvement, innovation initiatives, and reporting enhancements β€’ Provide metric reporting and analytics support for GBDS/Patient Safety initiatives Additional Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s Degree required β€’ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills β€’ Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights β€’ Knowledge of data structures, taxonomies, and data governance concepts β€’ Experience with validation processes and documentation β€’ Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously β€’ Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex stakeholder situations β€’ Self-starter with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset (not a purely managerial role) β€’ High level of integrity and confidentiality Regards, Prateek Pampattiwar Recruitment Specialist Net2Source Inc.
