Senior Business Intelligence Developer

BI Reporting Lead Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Chandler, AZ Work Setting: Hybrid We’re seeking a hands-on and organized BI Reporting Lead to drive the success of our reporting team. You’ll manage execution, keep projects moving, and ensure reports are accurate, polished, and ready for leadership review. This position is critical in supporting our Director of Financial Analysis & Reporting by overseeing day-to-day team operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and guide a team of 7 analysts—delegate tasks, set priorities, and resolve blockers • Manage workflows in ClickUp, document requirements, and ensure follow-through • Review SQL code, Tableau dashboards, and reporting logic for accuracy and consistency • Collaborate with development teams and business partners to gather requirements and resolve dependencies • Track team performance metrics and support rollout of new systems and processes Qualifications • 5+ years in BI, reporting, or analytics • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau (comfortable, not expert required) • Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, and DataLake environments • Strong attention to detail when reviewing reporting outputs • Prior experience mentoring or managing analysts • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp or similar project management platforms What Makes You a Great Fit • Optimistic, solution-oriented, and authentic • Comfortable leading different personalities and fostering collaboration • Highly organized, detail-focused, and systems-minded • Thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems creatively Why Join Us This opportunity puts you at the center of our reporting operations—helping leadership focus on strategy while you ensure the team delivers high-quality results.
