ChabezTech is Looking for a Senior Analytics Developer Location: Manhattan Beach, CA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: USD 110,000 per year ChabezTech is looking for a Senior Analytics Developer to join our growing team. We are seeking a highly motivated analytics professional with expertise in business intelligence, data integration, ETL development, and data visualization to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable BI solutions, develop interactive dashboards and reports, optimize ETL workflows, and ensure the quality, reliability, and governance of enterprise data. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and data architecture teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights and robust analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions. • Build and optimize ETL workflows, including Materialized Views in MicroStrategy or similar BI tools. • Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into enterprise BI platforms. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions. • Monitor data quality, optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with data governance standards. • Support business users through documentation, training, and ongoing technical assistance. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehousing. • Strong SQL and database management skills. • Experience with MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. • Hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
