Senior Data Analyst This is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract, which requires 3 days per week onsite in Blackpool. Sparta Global are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, to mentor and support the deployment of a small team of junior analysts. Responsibilities: • You'll identify, analyse and create data analysis solutions that will help tens of thousands of colleagues across the organisation to collate, organise and use data to inform our decisions about our digital strategy and innovations. • By helping people in the organisation use data more effectively, you'll have an impact on how we improve people's day-to-day lives and help them build financial resilience and a more secure and prosperous future. • You'll use your skills with languages like SQL & KQL and your experience with data tools such as Power BI to gain a thorough understanding of the problem, interrogating the data and refining it. • You'll also be supporting and guiding your team, leveraging your experience and skills to guide and coach them to identify problems, curate and examine data and design robust solutions. You can present, communicate and disseminate data appropriately and with influence • SQL and PowerBI, including data modelling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query, and report/dashboard creation.
