Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, or operations research.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, GitHub, Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience with anomaly detection, clustering, time series analysis, and experimental modeling.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Master’s degree (MBA or technical field) is a plus but not required.
• Background in statistical computing or machine learning.

You’ll join a small, technically focused team, operating under the Operations umbrella. The team supports business-facing stakeholders including, and works on a variety of machine learning and statistical modeling projects.
Position Summary:
This role is primarily focused on supporting the platform migration and adjudication shadow process. You’ll maintain and enhance automated data comparison procedures between systems, perform ad hoc analysis, and raise data quality flags. The position requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and optimize automated data comparison processes between legacy and new systems.
• Conduct in-depth ad hoc analysis to identify anomalies and raise data quality concerns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of adjudication shadow processes.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to sprint planning and agile workflows.
• Minimize downtime and ensure continuity of automated processes.
