Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join us in Cardiff, on a 6 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll combine strong analytical capability with a passion for data visualisation, collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in shaping how analytics is delivered, while helping others to develop their skills and confidence with data. What you'll be doing: • Scoping and guiding analytics projects from design through to technical delivery • Developing efficient, repeatable and automated reporting and analytics processes • Using data manipulation techniques and tools to create robust, structured datasets • Producing clear and engaging dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or Tableau • Championing data visualisation best practice and raising standards across the business • Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into insights • Managing relationships, resolving issues and acting as a bridge between business and technical teams Who we're looking for: • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets • Proven experience building dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and/or Tableau • Solid experience using SQL for data manipulation and reporting automation • Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders • A collaborative approach with the ability to explain data clearly to non‑technical audiences • A proactive mindset with a focus on improving ways of working and delivery Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
