You’ll play a critical role in shaping how data is used across the organisation, helping teams unlock value and make smarter decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Build and optimise complex SQL queries and drive data modelling best practices • Leverage Python and PySpark for advanced data wrangling, pipeline development, and automation • Design and deliver high-impact dashboards and data visualisation outputs for business stakeholders • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions, providing clear insight and actionable recommendations • Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, and business leaders to align on data needs • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data team development • Help define and uphold data quality, governance, and documentation standards About You: • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role • Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets in modern data platforms • Strong experience with data visualisation tools and storytelling through data • Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to challenge, influence, and advise with confidence • Comfortable mentoring others and contributing to team culture and growth
